An Important Update From Together in HF

We have a quick, important update about the work and future of Together in HF!

Since its founding, this community has been dedicated to patients and caregivers affected by heart failure. It’s a place for members to share stories, seek advice, and connect with each other. To date, our community has been powered by Novartis, a global health care company that believes in putting patients first. We’ve greatly appreciated the support Novartis provided in the creation and operation of this community, and we wanted to inform you of an upcoming change in ownership! Starting Thursday, August 30, Together in HF will be owned and operated by the American Association of Heart Failure Nurses ( https://www.aahfn.org/ ). The mission of AAHFN is to unite professionals, patients, and caregivers in the support and advancement of heart failure practice, education, and research, thus promoting optimal patient outcomes. Patients are the heart of everything we do at AAHFN.

We’re very excited about the future of our community and hope that you’ll remain an engaged member as we go through the transition. Your account and previously submitted content will not be affected by this change.

As a reminder, if at any time you do not wish to remain a part of Together in HF, you can cancel your membership by visiting your My Account page, selecting “Edit” and the link labeled “Need to delete your account?”

Thank you so much for your continued support of our community. We hope to hear more of your stories on our platform in the future.
