#RiseAboveHF with Queen Latifah, the American Heart Association and UCLA

Did you know Queen Latifah put on her red socks on #WorldHeartDay? Find out why!

During World Heart Day the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center was buzzing with activity from Queen Latifah, HF experts, patients and advocacy groups answering questions on how to manage heart failure, the importance of having an open dialogue with your doctor and how to better recognize signs and symptoms of heart failure for better management of the condition.

As the national sponsor of the American Heart Association Rise Above HF initiative, we are proud to support the nearly 6 million Americans living with HF. Be sure to visit RiseAboveHF.org, and in case you missed it, go to the American Heart Association’s Facebook page to watch the archived Facebook Live stream here: https://www.facebook.com/AmericanHeart/posts/10154025236911139.

How do you celebrate your heart every day?
