Getting 30 minutes of exercise a day can help you manage HF and improve your quality of life. By breaking the sessions down into 10-minute segments, you can make it even easier to fit it all in.  If you can't manage 10 minute sections go smaller, it all adds up.  So 2 minutes of activity 15 times a day will work!
